Orange Blossom

Those of you who have travelled to the Algarve, Portugal,  during the months of the Orange Blossom will know the sheer delight and feeling of well being this sweet pungent aroma gives its recipients. The orange trees in my garden are also in full flower and I feel tempted to pick the flowers and preserve this scent making orange flower water or natural air freshner or oil, but then I would only diminish the sweet surprise in the air.
